Stunning barn conversion in own grounds of half an acre with views to the Mendips and Quantock Hills, Dobbie’s Barn is the perfect location for exploring the coast and countryside of Somerset.
Dobbie’s Barn is on the edge of Spaxton - a small friendly village with an excellent community shop and post office, a pub and ancient church. The property is in a quiet location with no streetlights, pavements or other holiday lets nearby.
FEATURES
Features include exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and wood-burning stove. The main building sleeps up to four and has a fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom with separate shower and bath, double bedroom with en-suite, mezzanine floor with double bed, living/dining area and large garden room. An attached annex with bedroom, bathroom, mezzanine floor and kitchenette dining area sleeps a further two adult guests.
Outside are attractive sitting and relaxing areas. There is secure parking and a second barn with storage and laundry facilities.
With central heating throughout and comfortable furnishing, Dobbie’s Barn is also warm and cosy for the colder days. Accommodation is adaptable and guests (up to four in number) can rent the original barn minus the annex at a reduced rate. Please note the Annex can not be booked on its own or by a separate party. No dogs in the annex please.
